Conditions of Participation

Boat Registration Fee :

The registration fee is 6000 TL+VAT.

Late Registration:

The late registration fee after July 15th is 7.000 TL +VAT.

Registration Fee Content:

Boat accommodation on 12-15th August in Yalıkavak Marina, including 4 people attending the competition and treats.

*Extra contestant fee is an additional 500 TL + VAT.

Contestant number can not exceed boat loading limit. It is dependant on the organization committee's approval.

Guests on the Boat:

Boat owners can, after they establish their teams according to their boat size, host guests on board to watch the tournament as long as the boat loading limit is not exceeded.

Conditions of Cancellation:

50% of the fee is refunded for cancellations until the 1st of August.

No refunds after the 1st of August.

Confirmation of Registrations:

Your registration will be confirmed after your registration fee is transferred to the bank and receipt is sent to info@mostbodrum.com mail address. After your registration is confirmed, your registration information will be displayed in the participant list on our website.
